Car body styles

Car dealers manufacture automobiles in different body styles. In this country you can see all of them. Let’s see some:

Sedan
This is the most common body style. You can see them everywhere and they are used a lot because of their space.

Hatchback
It’s another common style in the city. Its sporty look makes it preferred by many people. It can have 3 or 5 doors. The door in the back is a top-hinged liftgate

Pickup (truck)
People in this country like this style because you can use it to work!

Suv (Sports Utility Vehicle)
It is derived from the pickup truck, but it can hold more people inside.

Van
The van is a truck used for passengers or commercial use. It can have windows in the passenger side, or without windows if it’s for commercial use.

Minivan
It usually has 3 or 4 rows of seats for passengers. It is a passenger vehicle.

Convertible
A car with a flexible textile folding roof or rigid retractile roof. You can drive it in an open or enclosed modes.

Coupe
A 2-door, 2- or 4-seat car with a fixed roof. Its doors are often longer than those of an equivalent sedan and the rear passenger area smaller; the roof may also be low.
